Refund Guarantee for BloomProof At BloomProof, we stand behind the quality of every order. If a package arrives damaged, incorrect, or there is an issue with the order, customers should contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will make it right with a replacement or refund. Because BloomProof products are food grade consumable items, opened or used products cannot be returned. If the item is unopened and unused, customers may request a return within 30 days of delivery. Return shipping costs may apply. Refunds should be sent back to the original payment method once approved. Please allow 5 to 10 business days for processing.
